Originally from England, I followed my wife to the Inland Northwest, where she grew up. Today, I’m a dad, husband, dog lover, and a real estate agent with Keller Williams in Coeur d’Alene.

I help homebuyers, sellers, and investors across North Idaho and East Washington. Much of my work is with fix-and-flip investors, bringing a practical perspective on property condition, preparation, and resale. Whether you’re looking for a place to call home or planning an investment, I’d like to understand what matters to you.

A direct conversation.

When you submit an inquiry, your name, email address, the details you provide, your connection IP address, browser information and submission time are sent to INW Homes through Google Workspace so we can respond. The website does not keep a separate database of inquiries; messages remain in the receiving email account.

The site does not add advertising cookies or analytics. Its hosting provider may process technical access logs. The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions, and a short-lived, keyed hash of your IP address to limit spam. Rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed after the one-hour window.
